Call for Scientific Events & AI Initiatives 2026 Open
DIM AI4IDF – Deadline: February 16, 2026 (1:00 PM CET)
The DIM AI4IDF launches its 2026 Call for Scientific Events & AI Initiatives, supporting actions that strengthen the excellence of human-centered AI in the Paris Region.
The call targets academic, industrial, and associative teams involved in coordinating events aligned with the DIM’s four scientific Axes :
- Axis 1 – Learning and Optimization
- Axis 2 – NLP and Human-Machine Dialogue
- Axis 3 – Robotics, Motion and Interaction
- Axis 4 – AI for Human Life (Health, Education, Creation)
Objective
The call supports scientific and outreach events related to AI, including:
- Summer schools / thematic schools
- Workshops and research days
- Scientific seminars and mini-conferences
- AI / robotics demonstration events
- Hackathons and hybrid innovation formats
- Events must take place in the Paris Region, between June and December 2026.

Funding
- Support between €2,500 and €5,000
- Cofunding strongly encouraged
- Eligible: logistics, invited speakers, demonstrations, technical platforms, communication, training materials
Proposal content
Proposals must be submitted using the official template, including:
- General information (title, applicant, committees, axes)
- Scientific description
- Format, programme, speakers
- Inter-team / inter-cluster articulation
- Communication plan and DIM visibility
- Detailed budget + attachments
